1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our hotel.
Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or in the case of a no-show, will result in a charge equivalent to the first night of your stay.
Early Departure: If you decide to check out before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the original number of nights booked.
Refund Processing: Any eligible refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early Check-in: Subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge.
Late Check-out: Requests for late check-out must be made at the reception and are subject to availability. A half-day charge may apply for check-out until 3:00 PM. A full night's charge will apply for check-out after 3:00 PM.
3. House Rules
To ensure a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for all our guests, we request you to kindly adhere to the following rules:
Guest Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driver's License, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. Indian nationals and foreign nationals must provide valid proof of identity as per government regulations.
Visitor Policy: For the safety and privacy of all guests, visitors are not permitted in the rooms after 8:00 PM. All visitors must register at the front desk.
Smoking Policy: For everyone's safety, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and corridors. Designated smoking areas are available on the property.
Pet Policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Noise & Conduct: Please be considerate of other guests. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Damage to Property: Guests will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.
Prohibited Items: The use of illegal substances, firearms, and hazardous materials is strictly forbidden on hotel premises. Cooking in rooms is not permitted.
Outside Food & Beverage: Consumption of outside food and beverages is not permitted in the hotel restaurants or common areas. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
Advance Booking: All advance bookings require a valid credit/debit card or an online bank transfer to confirm the reservation.
Mode of Payment: We accept payments via Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and UPI.
Extra Person Charges: Additional charges will apply for an extra person beyond the room's stated capacity.
5. Child Policy
Children under 5 years of age can stay for free using existing bedding.
Children between 5-12 years may be charged an extra person fee for an extra bed.
Children above 12 years are considered adults and will require an extra bed.
6. Liability
The hotel management is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest. A safety deposit locker is available in your room; guests are strongly advised to use it for valuables.
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, power outages).
7. Right to Refuse Service
Hotel Paraise reserves the right to refuse service or evict a guest for violating hotel policies, for disorderly conduct, or for any behavior that disturbs the peace and safety of other guests or damages the property's reputation.
By making a reservation or checking in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
