All guests must provide a valid Government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may have extra charges.
Only registered guests are allowed inside guest rooms.
Please maintain silence in corridors and common areas.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the resort is not liable for any loss or damage.
Any damage to resort property, linens, furniture, or electrical items will be chargeable.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, not inside rooms.
Follow staff instructions for safety, comfort, and smooth stay experience.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation if cancelled within the allowed period mentioned at booking.
50% cancellation charge for cancellations made 3–7 days before check-in.
100% charge / No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival.
No-show guests will be charged the full booking amount.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.
Festive dates, long weekends, and special packages may be non-refundable.
Early departure after check-in will be treated as full-stay charge.
3. House Rules
Minimum check-in age: 18 years; minors must be accompanied by parents/guardians.
Outside food or alcohol may be restricted unless approved by management.
Loud music, parties, and gatherings require prior permission.
Pets may be allowed or not allowed depending on the resort’s pet policy.
Safety rules for the garden area, outdoor spaces, and activity zones must be followed.
Illegal activities, misconduct, or disturbance to other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Do not litter; please help keep rooms and public areas clean.
Towels, linens, and accessories are property of the resort and must not be removed.
Use electrical appliances responsibly; turn off lights, AC, and devices when leaving the room.
4. Terms & Conditions
By confirming a booking, guests agree to all resort rules and policies.
Room rates may change based on season, occupancy, and special events.
Additional charges apply for services like laundry, room service, extra amenities, or special requests.
The resort reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings due to inappropriate behaviour, false identity, or policy violation.
Guests will be charged for any damage, loss, or misuse of resort property.
The resort is not responsible for disruptions caused by natural calamities, power failures, or events beyond control.
Management may modify rules, terms, and policies without prior notice.
In case of disputes, the resort’s management decision will be final.
